Negotiations Workshop

Join Shang of Save My Cents in an intimate workshop where we will walk through these types of salary negotiations:

1) Negotiating a new job

2) Negotiating a promotion / pay increase

This workshop is designed for those desiring to enter the private sector and is not as applicable to public sector, non-profit jobs.

The class has two components:

1) An upfront "pre-read" set of videos you will watch on your own. Shang walks through all the pieces of a negotiation, including how to get set up for success, scripts to use, and negotiation tactics. You will get to keep a PDF of notes from the video. The videos are close captioned for hearing impaired

2) A 60 minute Zoom office hour where we as a class will focus on current negotiations questions. The office hour will be recorded. The Zoom office hour occurs about once every 1 - 2 months and will be announced via email

And, all students get priority email based support from Shang

About Shang:
